I Didn’t Expect to Cry Listening to My Own Book
Somewhere on the drive, I realized I could listen to this every single day. And by the time I got home… I was in tears.
I was driving to a friend’s book signing on a Sunday morning, feeling excited in a way that felt deeper than usual. Not only for her book signing event, but also for something I had just completed.
I had just finished the final draft of my second book, You Are an Abundant B: The No BS Guide to Manifesting, and before submitting it to publishing, I wanted to experience it one more time from start to finish. Instead of reading it on a screen, I uploaded it into a software program that could read it back to me so I could listen on the drive. It was over two hours each way, and I remember thinking it would be the perfect way to catch any final edits.
But that is not what happened. Somewhere on the drive there, I caught myself having a thought that stopped me for a second. I could listen to this every damn day. Not because I wrote it. Not from a place of pride. But from a place of recognition. You see, I also needed to hear this.
The reminders and the energy. Remembering the identity work I had done. It felt like I wasn’t just listening to a book. It felt like I was being coached, motivated, and realigned in real time.
And then on the drive home, after I had listened to the entire book all the way through, something shifted even deeper. I started tearing up. It caught me off guard.
I was driving and almost home when I finished it. And then I had this moment where I thought… I cannot believe I wrote something like this. Not in a surface level way, or in a "this is good" kind of way, but in a way that felt almost outside of me. Like I had accessed something I didn’t even fully realize I had in me until I heard it all together.
My first book, She Grows Rich, came from a place of sharing what I knew. It was rooted in my journey from the poverty line to building a multi-seven figure net worth. It included strategy, financial understanding, and yes, of course, a bit of mindset woven in. It was about how to build wealth.
This book is different. It is about who you become when you are no longer available for playing small. And I don’t think I fully understood that until that moment in the car.
You Are an Abundant B is for the woman who is done settling, done shrinking, and done knowing she is capable of more without actually stepping into it. It is for the woman who has tried to "figure it out," who has invested, learned, grown… and still feels like there is another level she hasn’t quite accessed yet.
Because the truth is, money does not respond to effort the way we were taught.
It responds to our identity, our energy, and to what we believe is safe for us to receive and hold. And most women were never taught how to operate from that level.
In this book, I take you into the work behind the results. The internal shifts that create external outcomes. The reason so many women stay at the same income level even when they are doing everything "right," and what it actually takes to break that pattern.
I walk you through how your subconscious beliefs are shaping your financial reality, how your nervous system either expands your capacity for money or limits it, and how to move from chasing into attracting in a way that is grounded and repeatable. I share the exact tools I use with my clients and in my own life.
My Dishing the T E A framework. Tapping. Visualization. Brain priming. The 70 day money manifestation activation. Not as ideas, but as practices you can return to again and again.
More than anything, this book is an invitation into identity. The B in You Are an Abundant B is intentionally open ended. Because this is not about becoming more like me. It is about becoming the version of you that already exists beneath the doubt, the conditioning, and the limitations you were taught to accept.
Boss. Badass. Brilliant. Bold. Or whatever your "B" becomes. Pick your personal "B" word. Whatever that identity is for you, this book meets you there and expands it.
There was a moment, right before I pulled into my driveway, where I just sat there for a second in silence. And I thought… if you would have told me five years ago that I would write something like this, I would have said you were out of your mind. And now here I am. Not only having written it. But knowing I will come back to it myself. That is how I know it is different. That is how I know it is special.
And that is why I want to celebrate this moment with you.
We are celebrating the launch of You Are an Abundant B this week, and I would love for you to come be part of it. There are over $2,000 in prizes for those who join live, but more than that, this is a room you are going to want to be in.
This is a moment. And if something in you has been telling you that you are ready for more, this is where it begins.
Come celebrate with me at audreyfaustconsulting.com/abundant-b-launch
