The Conversations Nobody Is Having About Building Wealth as a Woman
Fewer than 5% of women-owned businesses ever reach multi-six figures. Only 1.7% reach seven figures. I’ve sat with those numbers for a long time, and I want to be clear about something: those numbers are not a reflection of women’s capability. They are a reflection of how few honest conversations exist about what it actually takes.
Not the strategy. Not the funnel. Not the system someone else built that you’re supposed to replicate. The real stuff. The identity shifts. The money beliefs. The moments of doubt that come even after you’ve built something real. The things that happen behind the scenes that nobody posts about on social media because it doesn’t fit the narrative of effortless success.
That’s exactly why I created the Manifest, Manage and Multiply Money podcast. Because I’ve spent over 20 years working with multi-six and seven-figure business owners and I’ve seen what actually moves the needle. And it is rarely strategy alone. It is always, without exception, the woman behind the business and her relationship with money, with leadership, and with her own identity.
I wanted to open that curtain. I wanted to find the brave women who were willing to tell the truth about their journey, not just the highlight reel, but the full picture. The struggles. The shifts. The moments they almost gave up. The beliefs they had to release before everything changed.
Today, the podcast launches with four episodes dropping all at once.
You’ll hear from Sara Connell, a five time bestselling author and multi-seven figure founder who grew up in a money-negative household, physically threw up before making her first $10,000 investment in herself, and went on to build a multi-seven figure business by doing the deepest identity work of her life. Her honesty about worthiness and what it actually took to break through will stay with you.
You’ll hear from Tracy Goodwin, a voice identity expert and behavioral strategist on the verge of seven figures, who grew up in extraordinary wealth and spent decades unconsciously running from it. Her story about the connection between childhood wounds, nervous system safety, and the capacity to hold money is unlike anything I’ve heard before. And her work on how our voice reveals what our subconscious is carrying is absolutely fascinating.
You’ll hear from Hannah Boeck, a multi-six-figure business coach and creative strategist who had a massive growth year, followed immediately by a year of spending more than she made. Instead of hiding it, she talks about it openly, including the shame she had to release, the intuition she overrode to the tune of $20,000, and what it actually means to step into your role as CEO rather than just having a very demanding job.
And you’ll hear the intro episode, where I share exactly why I built this, what I believe is truly holding women back from the wealth they are more than capable of creating, and what you can expect from every conversation going forward.
And this is just the beginning. Every Tuesday I’ll be dropping a new interview with a multi-six or seven-figure woman business owner, and you’ll hear about it first, right here in your inbox. I’ve already recorded many of these conversations, and I have to tell you, I am so proud of every woman who stepped forward to be part of this mission. They are raw, open, and so incredibly honest about their struggles and their growth. You are going to fall in love with them and their vulnerability. These are the conversations I wish had existed when I was building my own business.
If you are a multi-six or seven-figure women-owned business and want to be a guest on the Manifest, Manage and Multiply Money podcast, I would love to hear from you. Apply here.
You may also notice something new starting this week. This newsletter is moving to Thursdays. That way Tuesdays are reserved for the podcast episode drop, a shorter, story-driven note introducing you to that week’s guest, and Thursdays remain our space for the deeper conversation. Two different formats, two different purposes, and both designed to give you exactly what you need to keep building.
What runs through all of these conversations is a thread I have seen repeat itself across two decades of working with women building businesses. Growth isn’t stopped by a lack of strategy. It’s stopped by what we believe about ourselves and what we believe we deserve. And those beliefs are almost always invisible to us until someone gives us permission to look.
That’s what this podcast is here to do. To normalize the struggle. To normalize wealth. To start having the honest conversations that make the journey feel less lonely and more possible.
